NAF’s Abortion Hotline is the largest national abortion fund, helping more than 100,000 patients a year with financial and travel assistance. Every 365 days, more than 100,000 people turn to the National Abortion Hotline for help accessing abortion care. Hotline staff answer calls and questions, and coordinate financial assistance to cover the cost of care and travel.
