Rebecca Willman
Vice President of Membership Engagement and Experience
Rebecca Willman joined NAF as the Vice President of Membership Engagement & Experience in 2026. Grounded in empathy, intersectionality, generosity, and a bias to action, Rebecca has spent her career advancing reproductive health, rights, and justice through impactful program delivery, meaningful relationship cultivation, and strategic leadership.
Rebecca’s past roles include work with Upstream USA, Family Equality, and Abortion Care Network, as well as direct care roles in independent and Planned Parenthood clinics. In addition to her movement and abortion-related expertise, Rebecca is passionate about organizational strategy, building strong work cultures, and thoughtfully caring for the teams that make the work possible.
Rebecca resides in Asheville, NC, and spends as much time as possible outdoors, listening to music, loving on her friends and family, and most of all—laughing.
